About Project

LG wanted to promote its Dual Cool positioning as the most Energy Efficient; Having Longevity and other cool features to its TG.

Challenge

While LG wanted to promote its new product on the shelf; it wanted users to engage by uploading a copy of their last 3 months electricity bills to have a chance to win a free installation across 5 markets (UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar & Kuwait) marketing the campaign in English and Arabic and country specific currency targeting mainly the Locals within 1 month.

Solution

The team assessed the challenge and rolled out the campaign in two phases: Phase 1 is the branding and Phase 2. encourages users to upload their bills and enter the contest for engaging. The rollout took off on Search, GDN, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Programmatic  (to reach local Arabic websites with a PMP buy) delivering 80 banners across the 2 phases

Impact

The campaign went live for 2.5 months delivering: 66Mn Imps, 695K clicks, 1.7Mn Views delivering a CTR of 1% and VTR of 8.39%. A total of 200+ entries were recorded for the phase 2 of the campaign.
