About Project

NYSA spa boasts of its luxurious 5-star offerings and caters to the middle to high-income individuals. Like others, they faced the brunt of COVID 19 and wanted to promote the spa back to its TG showing the experience. 

Due to COVID 19, a lot of users had stopped going to spas and it was a challenge to get people back in centers for relaxation therapies. Not only this but cost-effectiveness had also become a huge concern and hence they came up with offers to promote the spa. 

While we studied the brand and their TG we differentiated the audience into Arabs and Westerns hence we divided our approach into 2 campaigns wherein we shortlisted 8 odd influencers to run the campaign. The majority are Arab influencers showcasing their centers.

The campaign ran with some media support for about 2 weeks and we saw a boost in the online traffic and the inquiries increased by 50% across their centers in JBR and Deira.
