About Project

GEH wanted to onboard a new agency to look after the chain of 5 Hotels across Dubai and manage their Social Media pages on Facebook and Instagram & drive engagements resulting in bookings and footfalls. 

GEH has 5 Hotels namely GEH Bur Dubai, GEH Al Barsha, GEH Downtown, GEH  Deira & Holiday Inn. The client was unhappy as with regular promotion and content on social media their return on investment was –ve. The challenge was to create replace the existing agency and create content that is not only engaging but also drives bookings for their Hotel and F&B services. 

Our team devised a new content strategy which was a mix of engaging; tactical and user-generated content thus building and pepping up the brand image and getting ready for the festive season (x-mas and new years). This was supported by media promotions which would go hand in hand with the content posting.

Within 1 month of the new content, the engagement rate across all their hotels went up by (up to 11% on FB and 25% on IG). The inquiries calling in increased and the New Years' special dinner campaigns were promoted fetching us unbelievable results of 100+ bookings.

The project is currently ongoing; while the team also manages their corporate website SEO activities in addition.
