With a mission to simplify lives and inspire, Careem provides a private car experience without ownership. Before Careem, Uber and Lyft dominated the market in the West, leaving the MENA region underserved. This gap allowed Careem to enter and scale sustainably with VentureDive as their technology partner, making mobility easier and more affordable.

VentureDive provided dedicated resources, including developers, quality assurance engineers, and technology consultants, to build Careem's e-hail platform. This collaboration reduced Careem's overhead and infrastructure costs, recruitment time, and management hassles. The remote team worked seamlessly with Careem's product and engineering managers, meeting all performance standards and delivering the app in record time.
