At Digital Echoes, we partnered with Passion Finder to develop an innovative web application designed to match individuals with their ideal career paths. Passion Finder is a web app inspired by the swipe-based model of dating apps like Tinder, designed to help users discover career passions. Users engage by rating images with like, dislike, or super-like, and receive a customized report matching their results with suitable job profiles and companies. Core Features: User Experience: Users are introduced to the Passion Finder method with a brief animated intro. They rate images through several levels, with randomized questions for a unique experience. After completion, users receive a tailored report matching their passions to relevant jobs and companies. Admin Dashboard: Admins can manage user accounts, customize tests, and integrate data with CRM systems. Features include sorting/filtering users, generating reports, and exporting data in Excel format. Reporting & Data Management: Users receive personalized reports with job suggestions based on their ratings and tags. Admins can track user progress and link test results to recruitment or performance analysis. Scalability: The platform allows admins to easily duplicate and customize the tool for different companies, ensuring flexibility for various industries.
