NEOCARE — From Fragmented Entities to One Clear Brand

📅 01 سبتمبر 2022

Client Context

NEOCARE is a growing healthcare group in Kuwait, offering a range of medical and aesthetic services across multiple specialties and locations. When we started working with the brand, the business already had strong services, scale, and ambition. However, its different entities were operating under different names and visual identities, making the overall group feel more fragmented than unified.

The Challenge

The challenge was to bring multiple healthcare entities under one clear and cohesive brand structure. Different names, identities, and touchpoints were creating inconsistency and making it difficult to understand the relationship between the parent brand and its different services. NEOCARE needed a stronger brand foundation, clearer architecture, and a consistent identity that could communicate one credible healthcare group across every touchpoint.

Approach

From Multiple Entities → To One Healthcare Brand We started from the core of the brand, defining its mission, vision, values, and brand promise before building a clearer brand architecture around them. The goal was not to make every service look identical, but to create a connected system where each division could have its own role while still clearly belonging to the NEOCARE family. This strategic foundation then shaped the visual identity, creating one clear voice, one visual family, and one stronger brand presence across the group.
