The main challenge was delivering two full-size booths for two different brands within the same event timeline. Each booth required its own creative direction, branding system, production requirements, furniture, printing, and operational preparation. At the same time, both booths had to be fabricated, transported, installed, and made event-ready within the same setup window. This required precise coordination between design, production, logistics, and on-ground teams.

MRICS treated the two booths as one coordinated production program while keeping both brand identities completely separate. The design team developed each booth individually based on the brand's visual language and event objectives. Once designs were approved, technical preparation and fabrication moved in parallel. Production schedules, printing, furniture preparation, electrical works, transportation, and installation were centrally managed so that both booths could be completed within the same event setup period. This reduced coordination risk and allowed one team to control quality across both projects.
