The following attributes are what we are looking for in a successful candidate.

• Candidate needs to know and use social media. Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn use is a must. Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube are also helpful.
• Candidate needs to be familiar with using search engines (primarily Google) to locate products, services, and reference material.
• Candidate needs good communication skills, especially written.
• Candidate needs good skills in the Microsoft Office suite of Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
• 1-2 years experience necessary; agency experience a plus

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter with a desire to learn a new industry from the ground up. This is a great position for recent graduates or those making a career change. There is an opportunity for advancement within a growing agency.

We offer a flexible work environment with remote work allowed one day per week.

This position allows for one week of vacation, and normal paid company holidays, which includes the week between Christmas and New Years Day.

We will train this position in the tactics of search engine optimization, keyword research, social media research, scheduling, monitoring and engagement. This position will also become Inbound Marketing.

Daily job activities will include the following and more:

• Sourcing content on the web for a variety of industries and clients of TCS.
• Conducting SEO keyword research and industry research for TCS clients.
• Scheduling social media posts and monitoring client social media account for leads and engagement.
• Reporting analytics back to TCS managers of strategy and inbound marketing programs. This is done with HubSpot software and Google Analytics.
• Reporting analytics back on social media ad and sharing campaigns.
• Taking data and making suggestions on changes to inbound marketing programs.
• Interacting with TCS clients and team members to produce the best results possible for our clients.
• shooting videos at the office with the most interesting topics in the advertising and marketing field.
